Lawncare Bid for Pathway Community Church
15 Lawnhaven Church Rd, Laurel, MS 39443
This bid is for lawn care of the property known as Pathway Community Church, located at the corner of US184 and Lawnhaven Church Road in the Powers community of Laurel.
The property includes the church building and its surrounding grounds; inside, and ten feet outside of the fence on both sides of the property, and all the way to the street
It also includes the parsonage behind the church up to the neighbor’s fence. The parsonage property includes the front, back and side yards, plus the hillside and behind the church and fellowship hall.
This is an “all or nothing” bid.
Bid is for lawn cutting every two weeks during the “growing season”. Services shall include line trimming (“weed eating”) around all buildings and anywhere that cannot be mowed, edging as required, and blowing off walkways as required for a finished appearance.
Payment schedule shall be monthly, by check from Pathway Community Church. Check will be mailed unless other arrangements are made.
Services will be terminated at the discretion of Pathway Community Church at the end of the season, or if services are deemed unsatisfactory. This agreement is for the year 2020 only.
